What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website can store in your browser. Related technologies include local storage and session storage, which can also store information in your browser, and server logs, which record basic technical details about requests. These technologies can be “strictly necessary” for a site to function, or they can be used for optional purposes such as analytics or advertising.
Necessary technologies
This website is a static informational website. Its core pages load and function without setting cookies or storing data in your browser. We do not set cookies to operate the pages, and the navigation, menus, and content do not depend on browser storage.
Current state: The Noveniqe website does not currently use nonessential advertising or behavioral tracking cookies, and it does not currently store information in your browser through cookies, local storage, or session storage.
Form-processing technology
When you submit the contact form or the privacy-rights request form, your submission is transmitted to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, so that we can receive and respond to it. Formspree may use its own technologies as part of processing form submissions and preventing abuse, under its own terms. Form submission only occurs when you actively send a form.
Hosting and security records
The website is designed to be served as static files (for example, via GitHub Pages). As with most web hosting, standard server logs may record basic technical request information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for delivery, reliability, and security. These records are a function of hosting rather than of tracking cookies.
Fonts
The website currently loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which involves sending your IP address to Google as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set advertising cookies through this delivery. These fonts could be self-hosted in a future update to remove this third-party request; see our Privacy Policy for how technical information is handled.
Preference storage
The website does not currently store personal preferences, sign-in state, or tracking identifiers in your browser. The mobile navigation menu operates in memory during your visit and does not persist any data after you leave the page.
Analytics
The website does not currently use analytics tools such as Google Analytics or comparable services. We do not build behavioral profiles of visitors.
Advertising technologies
The website does not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social media tracking pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. If we introduce any nonessential analytics or tracking technology in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent through a clear consent interface before such technology loads. We will not treat continued browsing as consent.
How to control browser storage
You can control and delete cookies and other browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove stored data and notify you when a site attempts to set it. Because this website does not currently rely on cookies to function, blocking them should not affect your ability to read the pages.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy if the website’s technologies change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.
