Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Noveniqe (“Noveniqe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information submitted through the Noveniqe website. It applies to information received through:

  • The contact form
  • Fit-call and engagement inquiries
  • Privacy-rights requests
  • Direct email communications
  • Website interactions
  • Technical server records, where applicable

Noveniqe is an independent advisory that helps technology companies, research institutes and SBIR/STTR awardees prepare submissions to the CDAO Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace. This website is primarily an informational and inquiry-engagement website rather than a transactional platform.

  • Area of interest
  • Message content
  • Information you voluntarily include in an inquiry
  • Privacy-rights request details
  • Basic technical data that may be generated by hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, timestamps, and security logs

We do not seek to collect demographic profiling data, advertising profiles, precise geolocation, biometric data, financial account information, identity-document data, or special-category sensitive information through this website. Please do not submit such information, or any classified or export-controlled material, through the public forms.

Legal basis and permission

Depending on your location and applicable law, our processing of your personal information may rely on one or more of the following:

  • Your request for a response or for us to take a step you asked for
  • Your consent, where we expressly ask for it
  • Our legitimate operational interests, where legally permitted
  • Compliance with applicable legal obligations
  • Protection of legal rights and website security

This section is a general description of possible bases and is not legal advice about any particular jurisdiction.

Form processing (Formspree)

Website form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, so that Noveniqe can receive and respond to your submission.

  • The contact and privacy-request forms are transmitted through Formspree.
  • Formspree processes the information on our behalf so we can receive it.
  • Formspree operates under its own privacy and security terms.
  • You should not submit highly sensitive information through the public forms.

You can review Formspree’s privacy information at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. The form address used on this site is a public submission endpoint, not a secret credential.

Hosting and service providers

This website is designed to be served as static files (for example, via GitHub Pages). When you visit the site, basic technical request information (such as IP address and standard server log data) may be processed through that hosting infrastructure for delivery, reliability, and security.

We do not currently use a third-party web-analytics provider or an advertising provider on this website, and we do not add tracking providers without updating this policy and, where required, obtaining consent.

Sharing of information

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Website and form-processing providers
  • Hosting providers
  • Professional advisers
  • Advisers involved in responding to a specific inquiry
  • Government or legal authorities when legally required
  • A successor organization in the event of a legitimate corporate transaction

Noveniqe does not sell personal information.

Noveniqe does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International processing

Noveniqe, its advisers, and its service providers may operate in countries different from the country in which you are located. As a result, your information may be processed or stored internationally, subject to applicable safeguards and to each service provider’s own practices.

Data retention

Noveniqe retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect legal rights, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business activities.

  • Spam and rejected inquiries may be deleted earlier.
  • Information may be retained longer when required by law or a legitimate dispute.
  • You may request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
